For a steak and BBQ lover, there is nothing better than a traditional churrasco with good friends. So that the convivial group can pay the juicy pieces of meat the deserved respect, TRAMONTINA offers the 4-piece steak knife set Gaucho. The knife blade is made of stainless steel AISI 420, which corresponds to the steel according to DIN 1.4028. The steel is particularly hard so that the knife gets a long edge retention. The handles are made of resistant and temperature-insensitive FSC certified real wood. For this purpose, several layers of pine wood are impregnated with resin, pressed, cut into shape and polished. The prepared wood is extremely stable and dishwasher safe.
