The two German engineers Manuel Lasar and Knud Augustin were actually looking for a new grill. Their expectations were correspondingly high - after all, the two had plenty of grilling experience and knew exactly what was important. However, they did not find what they were looking for, so they took up pen and paper themselves. Numerous digital 3D drawings and several prototypes later, the time had come: a vision had become a concrete product - the Block D. In the meantime, this model from Flammkraft delights restaurateurs and barbecue enthusiasts throughout Europe.

The essentials in view

Flammkraft grills are particularly durable because they are made entirely of stainless steel and feature high-quality ceramic burners. These bring it to a temperature between 100 °C and 900 °C. The cast stainless steel grates ensure perfect branding of the grilled food, are particularly easy to clean and optimally conduct the heat. Thanks to this professional performance, the grills from Flammkraft are also part of the equipment of many a star chef. Due to the high quality standards of the founders and in terms of sustainability, Flammkraft relies on production in Germany.

Quality meets performance

At Flammkraft, we attach great importance to high-quality materials and elaborate manufacturing processes. A network of regional partners that has grown over the years makes this way of working possible and also reduces transport distances. For the grills from Flammkraft, stainless steel is combined with oiled oak wood in careful craftsmanship. This creates a striking contrast between the brushed surface of the metal and the carcass together with the wood. The carcass is available in seven different matte colors to truly suit every taste. Thanks to the special design of the main grill surface, no liquid can drip into the individual infrared burners. This is good for the taste of the meat as well as your health and makes cleaning easier.

With all these details, we find it no surprise that the Block D from Flammkraft was also able to convince the international jury of experts at the German Design Awards. For the successful combination of appealing design and high-quality materials in conjunction with well thought-out functionality, they gave the grill an award in the category "Excellent Product Design" for good reason.
