Description
For the perfect finishing for barbecue and grilling, we like to use an ice cream or BBQ sauce.
Since most BBQ sauces are tomato-based, we wanted something completely different. Our ice cream consists primarily of fruits that have been refined with spices, chilli and/or some alcohol.
Fruity sweet apple harmonizes perfectly with a dash of fine bourbon and smoky-spicy chipotle chilies.
