The outer elevation ensures safe lay-up, so that nothing falls down to the outside.
It fits all kettle grills and fire barrels with a diameter of 50-60 cm .
When grilling you know the known methods - but there is another variant. The BBQ Disk offers a lot of space for steaks, bratwurst and vegetables. You can even put on a wok crown and grill Asian.
The round cast iron plate has a hole in the middle with 25cm diameter. There are several grill zones on the surface, inside the fire it is hot, the further you get outside the temperature decreases.
An optional height adjustment allows an inclination of the BBQ Disk at 3 positions.
