With this burger press from Rösle you can easily prepare your perfect burger pattie at home. With the press you can form patties with a diameter of 11 cm, which are suitable for both standard and XL burger buns.
The burger press is suitable for forming patties weighing 100 - 300 g minced meat.
Since the burger press is made of stainless steel, you can easily clean it in the dishwasher.

Portion the minced meat in advance with a kitchen scale to the desired patty weight (e.g. 200 g each). Now form into a ball and place e.g. on a baking paper, with a distance of about 13 -15 cm from each other. Now place the ring in the middle of the minced meat ball and form the patties one after the other on the baking paper with the stamp of the burger press. With a turner, these can then be easily and conveniently placed on the grill or in the pan.
