Juicy burgers are a must for the outdoor kitchen! With the Petromax Burgereisen you can fry perfect burgers in the round shapes, each twelve centimeters in diameter. Thanks to the grooved surface, they get the typical grill pattern. Due to the heat-storing properties of the cast-iron mold, the burgers are seared in the fire and can then be cooked perfectly with the residual heat. Thanks to the flattened, resting wooden handles and the locking hook, you can safely close the castle and hold it in the embers. For cleaning, you can simply separate the two shapes from each other via the hinge and clean them individually. For easy removal of frying residues in the grill structure, we recommend the Petromax scraper with grooves for cast iron.
