The Cherry Bomb is particularly suitable for BBQ ribs of veal or pork, pork such as steaks or roast pieces, poultry breast and much more.
Rub your grilled food with a little olive oil so that the Cherry Bomb seasoning mixture sticks better. A thin film of oil is sufficient.
Then sprinkle your food with the Cherry Bomb seasoning mixture and let it soak for at least 2 hours.
Especially suitable for indirect grilling and low & slow BBQ.
