Description
This mixture is for the quick, tasty dip or grilled butter. Not really spicy, but with a pleasant chipotle note.
With a little olive oil stirred in butter you have a great other butter for the steak or roasted ciabatta, simply delicious and different from the ubiquitous supermarket herb butter.
In Sour Cream the mixture is brilliant with fries or potato wedges and with me there is no burger without Chipotle mayonnaise.
