The grill plate VARIO from Rösle is ideal for grilled food which is only fried briefly and also ensures an even branding.
Grill plate Vario Ø 30cm by Rösle
With this grill plate from Rösle you can fry your meat perfectly hot and give the whole thing an unmistakable branding thanks to the ribbed surface on one side of the grid. The other side is smooth and is therefore ideal for the preparation of smaller grilled food such as prawns, burgers, vegetables or the like.
Thanks to the edge around the plate, it is also ideal for grilling very greasy meats such as duck or belly meat, as the fat is stopped and thus cannot run into the fire.
This VARIO grill plate from Rösle is made of enamel-coated cast iron and is ideal for all VARIO grill grate systems.
