LetzQ – Rotisserie 18 inch
The LetzQ Rotisserie fits perfectly for the Big Green Egg Large. The rotisserie is made of robust 304 stainless steel and transforms the Big Green Egg Large into a complete rotisserie oven. With the rotisserie you can prepare chicken, ribs or pork shoulder, for example. The LetzQ skewer is equipped with a quiet, powerful 4 watt electric motor that can rotate up to 15kg. Due to the constant speed, the natural meat juices are preserved and the meat cooks evenly in the Big Green Egg. The ring in which the LetzQ rotisserie is inserted has a diameter of 46cm and a striking wedge shape, so that the lid closes completely and the heat is optimally preserved. The robust, easy-to-install rotisserie is equipped with two adjustable meat forks.
