Traeger - Timberline 1300
The fully automatic temperature control of this smart pellet grill monitors the temperature in the cooking cabinet with the help of a sensor. The controller reacts immediately to deviations from the set temperature and compensates for them immediately with the help of the screw conveyor. More or less pellets are transported into the fire pot and made to glow by the ignition system in conjunction with the fan.
With its oval grill chamber, the Timberline 1300 offers even more space for your grill specialities. With an additional 12.5 cm in height, the pellet grill can accommodate 3 grill levels. Each of the solid stainless steel grill grates is 86 cm wide and pulled slightly upwards on the rear side, so that no treat can fall off the grate. The lower grid can be conveniently pulled out to the front to coat the meat from all sides with sauce, for example.
Particularly well thought-out and perfectly coordinated, the "True Convection" system ensures that only fresh blue smoke can rise in the cooking cabinet and is discharged through the exhaust air system after burning and cooling.
