Description
This is a sweet BBQ rub that is ideal for ribs, beef ribs, poultry, pulled pork, vegetables, fish and much more. High-quality Muscovado sugar gives the grilled food an ingenious golden color when caramelizing.
This rub tastes very sweet solo, but the sugar loses power when grilling, so the end result is very balanced.
Rub the mixture dry on the meat or mix with oil as a marinade.
