The traditional Asian wok pan is made of sheet steel with a wooden handle and is very robust and resistant. The wok pan has a diameter of 35 cm and it is 1 mm thick. They must therefore be sealed before first use. It's easy:
Rub the cleaned and dry pan with peanut oil completely (inside only!!!). After that, place the pan on the hot wok oven for 5-10 min. Managed!
The burnt-in oil now protects the pan, it is ready to lose. In the future, it will be sufficient if it is rinsed with water after use!
The pan is supplied in a set with 5 dirt protection bags.
